Culture and Training

Training is tailored to the specific needs / experience level of the individual.  It is often done in conjunction with our broker/dealer to provide our Advisers with all the tools and tips needed to get moving forward and be successful.  Weekly calls give the team updates on current market environments and interest rate activity, as well as what to expect and communicate with clients. 

We can assist you with onboarding processes when you acquire new clients, helping you build strong relationships from day one.

From paperwork to regulatory requirements, our back-office support team helps you manage the day-to-day operations of your practice.

Technology

Our partnership with Cetera Financial Group ensures that we have access to the latest and greatest technology in the industry.  This enables you to develop the best planning presentations and provides your clients with simple to use tools to access their holdings and provide updated data as needed.

If you have experienced the aggravation of bouncing from app to app in order to get your orders completed; or, if you have been on the receiving end of your clients complaints about being able to see accounts and account results – you need to take a look at our products and their interfaces with external providers. Internal team technology is simplified through use of Microsoft / Google apps and tools.  Three layers of security are required and provided to all laptops used within New Way Prosperity Partners.  These apps provide encryption, firewall and anti-virus/malware protection.

Lead Generation / Marketing

Our extensive network of contacts through local veterans, clubs and Chamber of Commerce, leads groups, banks, realtors, non-profits, and our mortgage operations engagements provide plenty of opportunities for leads.  The NewWay growing social media presence, linked with your personal pages may also drive additional prospects for your consideration.

Company sponsored social events such as client and prospective client appreciation events as well as sponsorships for community events aid in spreading our company name and reputation.  Our marketing efforts never stop and word of mouth about our company has proven to be one of the most (if not the most) effective methods for acquiring new clients.

Compensation

If you’re not wanting to make as much money as you can, then you’re probably not in the right business.  NewWay offers a more than competitive compensation plan based upon type of work completed.  Specific details regarding compensation rates are discussed during the interviewing process.
